Resending a Receipt

At the end of your ride, you will receive a receipt in the email linked to your Cabby account.

You can easily resend the receipt on your own. Just follow these steps:

  • Go to the Main menu (top left corner)
  • Tap on Trips
  • Select the ride
  • Tap Mail Invoice

 

             

 

If for some reason you still have not received your receipt, we recommend the following:

  • Check if you have the correct email connected to your Cabby account
  • Check your spam/junk folder in your email account (the sender is hello@cabby.ng)

Note: You can also download your invoice by clicking the Download Invoice option at the bottom of your receipt.
